Shipping

What are your delivery times?

All domestic orders are processed 5-7 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We ship thru USPS, UPS, FedEx. Delivery time takes usually 3-5 business days in the US.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we do provide International shipping.

Orders submitted after 11AM PST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays. In the event of a holiday falling on a Monday, your order will be processed on the subsequent Tuesday.

Pre-order items are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date. 


Benaar LA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout.

Benaar LA is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items. 

What if my item is on pre-order?

If a product is on pre-order we will notify you as soon as possible on your shipment and delivery time frame.

Most pre-order orders are estimated to be processed 14-21 business days

Please note we work every day to develop our product range and improve service for our customers.

My Order

Can I modify my order once placed?

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of your order being placed. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee any changes beyond 1 hour of your order being placed.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

We highly recommend reviewing all order information before submitting as we work hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

What payments type do you accept?

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, JBC, Diners Club, and Discover. To ensure the safety of your purchase, debit or credit cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted. We recommend PayPal as an alternative. Add funds to your PayPal account through any method and then use our single-click PayPal express checkout feature to complete your order.

Benaar LA is required to collect Sales Tax per each State's Guidelines. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state + local rate for the shipping address on the order.

What about discounts or promo codes?

Apply the discount code at checkout. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are excluded from any discount. Benaar LA reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

Codes can be combined with other discount codes and offers. The best offer will be calculated at checkout if multiple codes are applied.

How do pre-orders work?

If you decide to pre-order an item on our website, please note the following: 

Our pre-order Items are best-selling pieces that have previously been in-stock and sold-out. 

The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. 

Payment is charged immediately at checkout.

These are special orders, directly from our vendors for Benaar LA exclusively. Pre-orders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity, and details of the item.

Return Policy

How do I return my product?

We will gladly accept on-line returns on our full-priced merchandise. Please submit your return request via email at info@benaarla.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return label. Please see below for our return policy:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the order delivery date
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed
  • Items that are marked Final Sale are not accepted for returns
  • Shipping charges (a flat fee of $10) will be deducted from your refund 
Are there any return exceptions?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or any accessories. All items marked 'on sale', final sale or being sold at a trunk shows are final sale. Benaar La does not offer Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges of any kind on items sold at pop-ups, trunk shows, or at our showroom in person. All international orders are final sale. 

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the items in our facility. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and depending on your credit card company it may take several business days to reflect on your account.  

Items listed below are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Final Sale Items
    Flash Sale Items including, Valentine's Day Mother's Day, Memorial Day, 4th Of July, Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Super Saturday, and New Year's Eve plus all other major holidays
    All Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Belts & Handbags)
  • All international orders are final sale. Benaar La is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. 
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us: info@benaarla.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away.

Do you offer exchanges?

We are currently not able to offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order. Thank you for your understanding. 

Refund Information

Please note: We are able to offer store credit and ask that you tell us your preference when returning your product.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We kindly ask you to remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note, original shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
